Thomas Barwell is a longtime barber and business owner based in Western New York. He’s the co-owner of Barwell’s Good Looks, a barbershop known not just for clean cuts, but for its laid-back, welcoming vibe. Thomas started cutting hair as a teenager, practicing on friends and family before turning it into a career. He graduated from Kenton Erie One BOCES in 1999 and has been behind the chair ever since.

Over the years, he’s worked in a few different shops, including Attilio’s and Supercuts, before opening Good Looks in 2006. What started as a small shop has grown into a trusted name in the Buffalo area, thanks to his focus on quality and customer experience. Whether it’s a regular fade or just good conversation, Thomas brings real care to what he does — and his clients feel that.

Outside the shop, he’s known for his community involvement and his genuine, no-nonsense approach to business. He’s helped build more than just a barbershop — he’s built a space people want to come back to.
